“Dushanbe City Bank is the worst bank I've ever encountered. Terrible application, slow operations, incompetent staff, constant queues and inability to contact through the hotline. The worst bank in Tajikistan. The application is lagging, everything looks bad, the service is at zero, all services have been monopolized, they can only be paid through the DS. In general, I do not recommend dealing with this bank, as if schoolchildren had created a website with an application in a computer science lesson.
