This is the fifth time I have been to the IPAK YOLI supermarket. Everything is neat and clean inside, and the product range is good, which makes me happy. Unfortunately, the checkout service leaves a very unpleasant impression.
The staff does not greet, does not say either “hello” or “salaam", no greeting. No respect, no basic courtesy. When you pay with a card, the receipt and the card are not handed over, but simply thrown away. They also throw change, as if it's not a person in front of them, but someone they don't respect. They don't offer a package, they don't pack things — you have to do everything yourself.
At first I thought it was an accident, maybe the mood was bad. But when this happens for the fourth and fifth time in a row, it is no longer an accident, but a system. This attitude simply discourages the desire to return. It seems like the customers are bothering them and no one else at all.
I kindly ask the management to pay attention to the quality of service. The supermarket is good, but because of such employees, I want to change the store. I hope you will find staff who will treat people with respect.
