I can confidently give the highest rating, since the rooms are clean and the mixing of the rooms is so convenient that it is impossible to get lost. The staff also knows their job, which made them very happy. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the kitchen, because when I was in the role of a guest, I preferred to eat somewhere else.

I didn't like the hotel. It used to be better. The floor covering in the room is old, all stained. The same can be said about the bedspreads on the tables in the restaurant. Drinking water, except for those 0.5 liters that were in the room, can only be bought, although in most hotels there is a water dispenser on the floor. On the TV, most channels are in the ‘Signal is too weak or encoded' mode. The documents were not prepared at the reception on time. I had to wait forty minutes. ‘Hello, is this normal, at all?’
Of course, there are also advantages. A view from the height of the capital, an adequate breakfast buffet. But I don't book there anymore of my own free will.

Next, room service, service for 2, why? Because be ready to wait for your water at one o'clock! I'm not kidding right now, it took an hour from ordering to receiving 2 bottles of water in the room!!! Despite the fact that we called 2 more times after the order and politely asked to hurry up, to which we were answered "okay", but the water was not carried.

There is a bar in the lobby on the ground floor, as in all hotels: it is inconvenient that the kitchen is located on the 12th floor, and the restaurant is on the 2nd floor.
