An "old-style" barber shop. It absolutely cannot withstand competition with modern barbershops and beauty salons. They cut it very cheaply and very badly, all the time it stinks, a disgusting and unpleasant building. They are forced to wait for their turn for a haircut in a concrete corridor on wooden chairs, because there are no places to wait inside the barbershop.
The masters are sitting and messing with their phones, but they won't serve you, because by appointment. Everything is as comfortable as possible.......but not for customers.
