It's a beautiful place. Excellent cuisine, picturesque surroundings, cozy. We were in April, it's cold outside, but here is a real fireplace! The tinctures are great! The horseradish is amazing! In Moscow, 40 ml glasses have been around for a long time, but here, as in the good old days, the normal 50 grams😊

The place is very atmospheric, beautiful, cozy, but! In the summer, this year we celebrated a wedding in this restaurant. They were extremely upset... the stated level of service and the quality of the dishes did not correspond to reality from the word "at all"! By the time we arrived, nothing was ready except sliced fruits and vegetables. Within 2 hours, they just started serving snacks and hot dishes, although they agreed on something else. The dishes were decorated terribly, after the celebration, the guests talked about the stale salads. The waiters could not cope with their duties, they had to constantly call them, ask them to remove, or, conversely, refresh the glasses.
It is a pity that a restaurant of this Level could not cope.

The restaurant is located in a fairly beautiful location, and is aimed at a high price segment.
What I liked: a very beautiful location, stylish 5-plus design.
Excellent service, unobtrusive waiters are ready to keep up a conversation on gastronomic topics, they know the dishes and cooking technologies perfectly.
The serving of dishes, and the device with tea is simply beyond praise.
The atmosphere in one word is a buzz!
So what's wrong? Why 4?
Having a fairly large international number of hotels and restaurants, I have developed one simple rule, everything is fine, these are the components of success.
In restaurants, it's the location, the design, the serving, the service, the taste and the food itself.
And when everything is fine, then the score is the highest.
So the food itself and the tastes turned out to be, alas, weak, by 4, and this is very out of the overall picture that I described above. In no case can it be said that it is tasteless, but just a little weak.
If you tighten this parameter, there will be a solid 5, but so far 4, in general there is a lot to strive for!
At the same time, I recommend you to visit, you may have other gastronomic emotions!

An institution that is definitely worth your attention. I got it by accident. I got the most pleasure. The menu is not 100 pages long, but each dish is intriguing and meets expectations. It seems that for a cook, this is a favorite thing, not a craft. The interior is very pleasant. The hall's team also deserves praise.

We celebrated the anniversary of our father. 75 years old. In general, the Dubrov restaurant in Raubichi is a place where excellent cuisine, pleasant atmosphere and caring staff meet. I do not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a great lunch or dinner.
In addition, the prices at the Dubrov restaurant are quite reasonable, given the quality and sophistication of the dishes. I was happy to pay for this level of service and culinary experience.
I cannot but mention the professionalism and attention of the staff. They were very polite and attentive to every detail. My requests and wishes were taken into account, and I felt like a truly valuable guest.

Well, what can I say. We're totally freaking out.. We did not expect that there could be a Michelin-starred institution in the suburbs of Minsk. The interior is just super ( everything is new , clean , stylish and at the same time, homely ) Expensive , but without pathos. Kitchen - 100 points. I would like to mention the service separately . The staff is like a family. We have long heard about Belarusian hospitality… Now we know personally . I advise everyone, definitely 👍

It is a very picturesque place. I liked the large whitewashed wooden frame of the main restaurant with a lot of details, chips and accents in the interior. An interesting, varied and very tasty menu. Beautiful and cozy area by the water.

Outside there are tables and a terrace right by the water, very atmospheric. One of my favorite restaurants. I like the atmosphere. The staff as they come across. Last time we waited about two hours for the feed, we weren't even warned, we were sitting by the lake, there were no blankets. They're frozen. That's why I was surprised by the service last time....the food is delicious. Deal with the staff. Young guys are trying very hard… Just the same, last time I corrected the situation, brought tea and a cake and apologized for my colleague. I'm lowering my rating only for the staff.

We got here completely by accident) went to one place, saw a billboard- called, there was a table for two and spontaneously changed the decision. And it was the right thing to do. Despite the full landing, the order was quickly accepted, the dishes were quickly brought. Everyone was very kind. When we opened the menu and saw the prices, they confused us a little) but it was worth trying the ordered dishes and all doubts were dispelled, everything was very tasty and decent! The only downside is that something happened to the terminal and it was impossible to pay with a card)

I love this place so much that I'm ready to sing odes to it) The summer terrace (although the tongue does not turn to call it that, there is a huge territory there) is just a delight, right next to the water, with beautiful locations for photos.
Food and cocktails are always perfect.
It's a pity that it's a long way from Minsk, but it's definitely worth coming here, especially in summer, to look at a beautiful order.
