I would give this institution a well-deserved zero. The service is extremely terrible, I am amazed at such arrogant people. The food is disgusting. They don't specify, they communicate as if they don't care. We ordered doners from them once, found a hair in one of them, and also bones from a chicken. Other doners asked, but they put more money on us and of course took more money, although we threw out almost all the food because it was impossible to eat it. There is little salt, little sauce and still the composition is unclear. I still don't understand how they came up with the idea to put beets there, because we ordered the classic one, and the classic one should not contain beets.
