The staff is friendly and courteous. They cook quickly. The beer is different, I liked the local draft beer more. The food is average, mostly it's better to come here to drink than to eat. In general, I am satisfied.

I would like to share my recent experience of visiting your restaurant. Unfortunately, the service we received was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, we noticed that the staff was not attentive and was slow to respond to our requests. Despite the fact that the restaurant was not fully occupied, we had to wait a long time to place an order, and even longer to receive our food.
Secondly, there were problems with orders. Some of our dishes were forgotten and then included in the bill, which caused additional disappointment.
The card was not accepted, referring to the fact that the terminal is not working.
I understand that everyone has bad days, but the experience we got was far from the expected level of service. I hope that you will take our comments into account and improve the quality of service in your restaurant.

We came to the restaurant for dinner, at first everything was fine. I ordered kimchi and meat. As a result, they brought me kimchichige (a very spicy soup). Although I told the waiter that I could not eat spicy soups, to which he advised me another dish, but brought me a completely different one. To the question: why did you bring me the wrong dish, I clearly said that I don't eat spicy soups (and the soup was infernally spicy), he replied: oh, well, there was no kimchi left, that's why I brought it, the order has already struck, so you can't make a refund. As a result, I did not eat this soup, but it was credited to me, although there was no receipt. The waiter verbally told the price, referring to the fact that there is no receipt yet. In general, they cheat as much as they can, I do not advise!!!
