I live here. Nice quiet corner of Minsk. There is a lot of private sector. The central district, the city center can be reached by tram or skytrain. Komsomolsky Lake is just around the corner. It's a good place for walking with children. On the other side is the Dolginovsky tract. Direct exit to the ring road.
