An excellent hotel, located almost in the city center, there are many cafes nearby for a snack. We got a room on the third floor with a view of the statue of Mother Armenia. I enjoyed a hearty breakfast with milk porridge, sausages, sausage, and butter. If it is necessary to leave for an early excursion, lunch boxes are provided.
You can make coffee in a turk. There is a barbecue area, you can cook shish kebabs.
Excellent terrace.
The staff is very polite, attentive, tactful, responsive, I would like to mention Maria, she speaks well in both Russian and English.
Of course I recommend it!
All the disadvantages of this small hotel are covered by the friendliness of the owner and staff, and most importantly - the living room in the basement, where a modest breakfast is served, but they are allowed to drink tea, coffee, lunch and dinner during the day, which is not bad, considering the fact that we always brought something with us from trips to the mountains.
A cozy small hotel, the center is within walking distance, a quiet colorful courtyard. It is better to climb the stairs to the hotel from the side of the picturesque abandoned cable car. The room is clean and modern. Great big bed! Two soft mattresses, comfortable pillows, nice linen. Polite staff. Fridge. There is a kitchen with a microwave, kettle and tea.
Of the disadvantages, the only thing was that the curtain was a little narrower than the window, the light of a street lamp penetrated.
