There is no doctor, children are treated by general practitioners, not pediatricians, there are no competent grandmothers at the registry office who want to know your diagnosis, you go to the doctor 500 times and they ask why... There are a couple of decent doctors, laboratory assistants, nurses left, the rest are not clear at all what they are there for....
