But this is not the main field of activity. But there are problems with meat, too - sometimes it's stale. If you suddenly cook the next day after purchase, it starts to smell noticeably rotten. Therefore, it is better to buy frozen meat. Previously, they often took cutlets - they are cheaper than minced meat. So with a Fireball (this is a type of cutlets) 50/50 when they taste fresh, and when sour. As a result, we just stopped taking them.
