A small, cozy hotel according to Soviet GOST.
The location allows you to be in the center of the district center and wake up to the crowing of roosters in the private sector.
The bed linen is like my grandmother's in the village. Simple, but clean.
You need to take care of breakfast and dinner yourself (through the store).
Normal decent rooms. There are rooms with refrigerators, bathrooms and TVs where you can fully live. And there is cheaper, to spend the night. Not expensive.
An old Soviet hotel. There is no charging for an electric car not only in the hotel, but also in the city as a whole. A one-night stand will do, but no more. It's pretty shabby, the hotel is a ghost of the past.
