We and the children liked the center as a whole.But unfortunately, I had to face the administrator, who was rude and disrespectful to the visitors. He was tactless and unprofessional in communication, which spoiled the impression of the center. This behavior of the administrator does not meet the standards of service, especially in a place intended for children. I am very disappointed with this attitude and hope that the management will take measures to improve the situation.

We come to Zhlobin to visit our grandmother 1 time a month and definitely visit this children's center. My 4-year-old daughter likes it very much. There are trampolines, slides, and various "climbing walls", and many kinds of toys. We have never regretted coming yet.

The number of people (children, parents, watching, etc.) is uncontrollable!if an adult child on a trampoline jumps on toddlers or throws balls, then these are the problems of toddlers (which they are under the feet of the big ones).
The air conditioner for reporting is visible, since it is not turned on, windows and doors are open, creating a draft. And this is the best thing for wet children!
The kitchen (if I may say so) is open, the smell of burnt accompanies you in the hall for about half an hour, and this is with one serving preparation.
And if there are problems with charging the phone, then you will be refused again, because all the sockets are working behind the bedside table and they are all occupied,, (phones of employees)
So do not go without 100% charging or you will have to ask at the bottom of the store (where they did not refuse!)

Good day to all who rested AND WILL REST at the SMYBAYKA INSTITUTION, I want to share that today 11/29/2021.the administrator came to rest at this institution, climbed the stairs with us, then talked disrespectfully, after we left the children and went down to the first floor, went into the store a couple of minutes later we saw that the administrator was standing and she is talking to another seller of the store, despite the fact that there were children in her establishment at that time. When she noticed that we saw her, IT disappeared (I apologize for the expression) I ask you to sort out the Administrator's negligent behavior!!!
