We rested at the hotel in early June from 06/03/12 for ten days. I'll start with a minus sign - it's a road (very far and very long) plus the flight has increased. We flew from Sheremetyevo and to Sheremetyevo (we don't live far away) it took 14 hours to get on the road. Then there were only fives in everything, especially since I promised not to set foot in Turkey. We were in Kemer (excellent), in Bodrum (good excursions) and in Alanya (Konakli), but there was nothing to "eat" (except scrambled eggs and pancakes in the morning)maybe because it was October.I will not list all the charms(although the food was at plus 5, (by the way, I had an ulcer cut out in 2017) one small minus was the sea was still cool. But in the morning we went for a dip in the sea once, and after that we rested by the pool (ice cream, cocktails, tortillas with meat and cheese of local preparation (grandma bakes) In Short, everything is Ok.

Vacationed with my wife at the end of September 2021 - beginning of October 2021.
We chose a quieter hotel (in terms of children). We were more than satisfied with the choice! There were children, but not many. By nationality, there were about equal numbers of them:Poles, Ukrainians, Turks and Russians. There were Germans, Romanians, but not many. In the middle of the rest, the Ukrainian cattle company stopped by (it's hard to call Ukrainians), they interfered with everyone, but after 2 days they were already sitting on their suitcases). I do not know the reasons, but I assume that the administration took care of it.
"Tagil" did not meet)
The reception is responsive. All issues were resolved instantly.
The cleaning is great. We regularly left tips (1-2 euros).
The beds were always decorated with figures made of towels and blankets (elephant, donkey, swans with flower petals, swan floating on the waves, etc.)
when cleaning, they always changed the bed linen, all towels and left water. Gels and shampoos were added. (previously, we read and heard from friends that in other hotels you have to specifically ask)
Everything about food was already described earlier in the reviews. Everything is very good. A sea of greenery (parsley, basil, dill, mint, arugula, etc.). Salads are all made from fresh vegetables, there is something like our mayonnaise, but with yogurt dressing (we did not come in) (there are usually 1-2 of them). Sausages are all without pork, so they are a little unusual for us. Cheeses are of the cheese type, and brine, and slightly aged. For a more accurate understanding of the names of dishes, it is better to read them in English. It is in English that vegetable cutlets (transl. translated into Russian from the tour), read like vegetables with meat balls (meatballs). All cooked vegetables are great. Rice is just a hit. They can do it.
Everything else is also without question.
Burgers on the beach are not bad.
Gozleme:cheese and potatoes. The cheese is local and fresh (like cottage cheese), so it's for an amateur. We usually took it with potatoes.
Wine: you can drink white, we don't like red at all (we like dry red, so we understand it well)
By the way, this wine is served free of charge in all places where we went on excursions or in other hotels.
Beer is common in Turkey: Efes Pilsen
We visited a la carte according to the Mediterranean menu (fish).
The wine was taken from the extra bar. Dry white Chardonnay from pammukalle(17USD). Both wine and food are perfect!
The staff does not understand all of Russian, much less speak it. It's easier to communicate with them in English, but it doesn't always work out either. They understand everything in simple words.
If you want to take something with you from the restaurant, then ask to replace the plates with plastic ones. If they see that you take it in ordinary dishes, they ask you to eat everything in the restaurant itself.
At first we thought that the rules were like that, then we realized that they take care of the dishes))
Our room had a mountain view. I knew right away that it would be good and upon arrival I was convinced of this, because there is a playground for evening animation on the sea side and music plays daily until 12 at night.

There is no iron in the room. Ironing through the reception is 1 thing, 1 dollar.
There is no kettle either, so all drinks are served in the lobby. Everything is there around the clock.
The sea is excellent, the approach is also good, there is a part of the beach with boulders, there is none at all. Take swimming masks or goggles. The sea is clean and the fish are nearby.
There is a shop at the hotel. There is a normal range of minimal goods. The nearest supermarket is Migros a couple of blocks to the north. And simple shops on every corner, wherever you spit.
The hammam in the hotel was not used (there was not enough time). massage programs there for 25-40-60 dollars, etc.
The sauna and just the hammam are free and by appointment.
Next year we are going again, but with children (14 and 16 years old) and again to this hotel.
Next, not about the hotel itself, but read it ;) .
Go with dollars and/or lira (tour.). Turks everywhere accept lira, dollars, euros, and rubles. $ 1 = 1 euro. But not the other way around. It is not more profitable to pay in rubles.
The tour operator offers a REAL HAMMAM, but not in a hotel and is 30-40% cheaper. Friends went there once. Massage for 20 minutes and that's it. the time costs are 3-4 hours, 1 hour is only brought and delivered, the rest of the time you just wait there in the hammam.
About excursions: almost all excursions such as rafting, mountain canyons and other good things, it is necessary to go to the area of the mountains to the north of Side (Green Canyon)(vdhr Mapınar and vdhr Manavgat).
The road from the hotel there is about 3 hours (the hotel bus picks up vacationers), 2 hours back.
In short, Kyrgyzak is generally the farthest resort village, so you will travel to the hotel from the plane for at least 3 hours (without any traffic jams). Don't expect it to be less.
Friends took excursions on the street cheaper. We are at our tour operator (Biblio-globus)(in Turkey, their agency is FIT Travel).
On active excursions, they sell that bandanas, glasses, slippers for corals are needed. They describe how everything will be scary and dangerous, and only these things will save your life. I took glasses and a shoelace for myself for the buggy ($ 5 and $ 2). The glasses came in handy, the shoelace didn't. We had shoes: flip-flops with backs, so we didn't take shoes. They took medical masks (from dirt and dust). Bandanas were also unnecessary. In short, don't get fooled by the stories.
From another hotel, the guys took 50 cubes of honey and rode it around the surroundings of Alanya. They said that it was more fun for them than on excursions, but we have nothing to compare it with (they had 1200 rubles a day for renting a moped, they need a license or to make a reservation on the spot (a passport is pledged)).
Driving a car is still an attraction there (it sometimes looks like India). A moped too, but you can also hit the sidewalks on a moped). The main driver is on the road, not a pedestrian, and no one will let you through. Roads of life and health, we are waiting for everyone to pass.

The hotel absolutely does not correspond to five stars!!! In the room (upon check-in), the linen was dirty, the curtains were burned by a cigarette, a bare wire was sticking out, the lamps did not work, the laminate was swollen.... There were enough towels for one person! Shampoos, gels - they were given only on the first day, they were not given all the following days, tea and coffee, then they will leave, then not! The balcony is not closed after cleaning! It's just a horror, not a hotel! The staff is so-so! And the hotel positions itself as a five-star hotel!!! And their services are not cheap!!!!

I liked it! They were in October 2021. The food is delicious and varied. Fish every other day. There were sushi a couple of times in 8 days. Meat is beef, turkey, chicken, liver. Waiters are constantly changing tablecloths. The appliances are being served. The room on the mountain is quieter. They are cleaned every day. The hotel is not new, but everything is well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful. Beautiful compact area. A garden with roses and fruit trees. The beach is through an underpass .There are enough sun beds. The beach bar. Drinks, snacks, next to bake gozleme. There is a bar by the pool, and tortillas are baked nearby. I'll come again. a hotel for a relaxing holiday. Minus one- far from Antalya airport! Keep this in mind when buying

The worst hotel I've ever seen... It takes a long time to drive about 3 hours from the airport and see what you expect, the pool is green, dampness everywhere, smell, old greasy furniture, for 5* stars it's not worth it, believe me, the only thing you can pay tribute to is the staff who work there and try to do something for customers, otherwise one FAT minus SHAMEFUL!!!
Everything that is written in the conditions and the service that the hotel provides - I will say right away there is nothing like that from the word AT ALL!!!
The territory is small to walk where no one does anything around dirt and so on.
Don't spoil your vacation by not going there...

I live and "rejoice" at this moment in this hotel. Today is August 25th, 2022. Forget about the All-inclusive system in this hotel. The food is strictly by the hour- stay late- even come 10 minutes before the end of the buffet- you will stay hungry. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are given 2 hours each. There are only drinks in the vaunted bars. Even the cookies are in the bar for exactly 1 hour- then there is nothing to eat- just drink. After 10 p.m.- there are no bartenders - the cleaner will pour the drink or someone will pass by. Today we returned from the tour at 20.45. The restaurant is no longer open (it is until 20.30) all the food is removed - eat supposedly cold soup- swill and that's it - everyone is no longer working. That's the way it is with food. There are only drinks at the beach bar - there is no food. There is no ice cream as a class anywhere in principle, i.e. in a beach bar you can buy ice cream FOR MONEY..... Think about it very much - I wouldn't come here anymore and I don't advise you. Now my children have gone to Migros opposite to buy food. Because we are AVAILABLE at 9 PM in an all-inclusive hotel.

The hotel is cool, the food is delicious, there is a lot of it. The restaurant staff are all cool. I didn't ask everyone for names, but they're all very nice. The food is served heartily. The buffet is not provided due to the pandemic, but hopefully temporarily. Turkish flatbreads- Gozleme was cooked by a lovely woman. Very tasty. There is cottage cheese and potatoes as a filling. The rest of the staff is responsive. The Ima works in the hammam. He does everything cool. Leyla, lala, Meryem and Roma are animators, funny guys, they try, even when there is no return, from the heart and sincerely work. It is better to buy excursions not from a guide but from nearby tour booths. It will be 5-10 dollars cheaper. The maids at the hotel are very nice. They will make a crocodile, an elephant, or a swan on the bed. If you ask them to do something, they also do it. The staff at the reception is quick to respond. They change the keys to the room, bracelets, help, answer questions. Everything was great. Bars and the beach. Everything is delicious, everything is clean. Only the entry into the sea was not convenient. You need to take the right shoes.

I was there for a week. I'm on my way from the airport. 1. These are three stars. Maybe with a plus. 2. Of all alcoholic beverages, you can only drink Raki. Everything else sucks. 3. If the room overlooks the sea, then you will not be able to sleep until midnight - there is a disco with mournful Turkish music under the windows. Drunken local animators are dancing round dances. PDC is so loud. It's the same on the beach. The barmaid rules the music. 4. The biggest joke is that they don't understand any foreign language!!!! 5. Food for 3+. 6. There is a full-fledged 4-lane highway between the hotel and the sea. It is always loaded. 7. Local wine - Chirac and Merlot. Nothing more! 8. The local population treats tourists only as a source of enrichment. Therefore, there is no trust in them. But!!! The sea is good.

Carbonated drinks are not diluted, as in other hotels. Very tasty beer. Cheese tortillas were being prepared on the beach, very tasty, and there was also a refrigerator that cooled ayran. The chefs cooked equally delicious, both in the restaurant and in the beach cafe. On the beach, you could not only have a snack, but also have a hearty meal. Every day, ice cream was distributed around the pool from 16 to 18, the children were delighted, and the adults did not refuse to eat a ball of banana or strawberry ice cream. Alcoholic drinks are no match for other hotels where we were before, just super cocktails, the bartenders decorated them beautifully, in other hotels where we were before, the drinks all taste the same, only the colors are different. Wooden platforms were made on the beach where the sun loungers were located. The approach to the sea is sandy, we have not even dressed corals once, because everything is perfect, small pebbles with sand. There are a lot of fish swimming, but they didn't bite. Compared to the previous vacation in kanakly, where it was impossible to be in the sea if there were abrasions or calluses, some fish bit very painfully, people ran out screaming, including me, came out with blood on my legs from bites. There is no such thing here. The rooms are not large, but very clean, it is nice to be in the room, the toilet and shower are ordinary, clean. Everything is new, towels were changed every other day, safe for free, plasma TV, there are channels in Russian. The rooms were cleaned daily. The bed was changed often. We had a balcony overlooking the mountains, the beauty is indescribable. There are many shops nearby, clothes, souvenirs, etc. There are a lot of people with children who were engaged in animators. We had a rest from 10/21/18 to 10/28/18.
We were in Turkey for the first time, we were delighted with the sea and nature on the first day.
There is a lot of food, but there seems to be nothing to eat.
At first glance, there is a large selection, and a lot of salads, but in fact, all salads are made from leftovers from breakfast, lunch or dinner. Even olives and olives and terrible sausage are added to the buns.
Alcohol is just swill, beer is diluted. There is no animation. The entrance to the Sea is such that you can break your legs.
The food was really boring on the 3rd day. There is nothing to eat for breakfast except eggs and cheese.
I liked the tortillas on the beach, I advise you!
The rest is quiet, for pensioners and with young children. There is nowhere to walk at all, there is simply no territory.
It's a 3.5 hour drive from the airport, sooo long.
I do not recommend the hotel, you can find a better one!
