Excellent location relative to the center, Kok Tobe and the road to Medeu. A simple, delicious breakfast, a comfortable bed and pillow, YouTube on the TV, and most importantly, the helpful staff. If you live in a room on the 1st floor, it may be a little noisy. It didn't bother me. Thanks!

Nice hotel, great location, quiet, clean, near Malaya Almatinka, a comfortable area for walking, I liked everything. The car can be parked in the courtyard where the hotel is located, which is important, although there are few places there.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Clean, the water pressure is good, the breakfasts are hearty. The location is good, there is a shop, a restaurant and a car wash nearby. I was pleased with Terencourt within walking distance. In general, check in without hesitation.

Not a big hotel. The breakfast is bad. The repair is good. Plumbing works poorly in places, either leaks or the temperature jumps. Clear. The windows don't look good, it's noisy. The staff is friendly.

Standard deluxe room. All amenities are there, pleasant staff. Among the disadvantages - the smell of sewage in the bathroom, high audibility, breakfast is not very good. Otherwise, it's not bad: a cozy large comfortable room, black out curtains, windows to the courtyard, the location is far from the center
