**Review of the Dream Bosphorus Hotel (Istanbul):**
The Dream Bosphorus Hotel left contradictory impressions. I'll start with the location: it is located next to the railway station, which is convenient for those who travel by train. However, the way to the Bosphorus was not the easiest — I had to go around the whole block, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the place is not bad, but it is far from "ideal".
**Number** has become the main disadvantage. It is very cramped — about 3 × 4 meters, and the bathroom is completely tiny (one and a half meters per meter). The two of them really couldn't turn around here: the suitcases barely fit, and they had to take turns moving around. The furniture is old, the wallpaper is peeling off in places, mold is noticeable in the shower, the laminate is worn and stained. It seems that repairs have not been done here for many years. The view from the window was also not pleasant — nothing remarkable.
I chose this hotel by chance: my usual option was busy, and I didn't have time to book something in advance because of the sudden trip. Perhaps the situation is better in other rooms, but my experience was not the most pleasant.
**Breakfast** I haven't tried it yet — I'll update the review later.
**Bottom line**: an option as a last resort if other hotels are overcrowded or you need a budget overnight stay near the train station. For a comfortable stay, especially for a couple, it is unlikely to be suitable — the closeness and condition of the rooms leave much to be desired. If you value comfort and spaciousness, it's better to look for alternatives.
A very cool atmospheric hotel with a beautiful view. The breakfasts are varied, and you can find food to your liking. Nice, polite and tidy staff. They will meet you culturally and conduct you politely.
We visited in November 2024. A good, not expensive hotel based on breakfast.I'm not fussy about food, so I had good breakfasts, and considering the prices in Istanbul cafes, it's generally great!Polite, smiling and Russian-speaking staff)
The rooms are no more than a little tired, but not battered. Clean linens, comfortable bed, view of the Bosphorus, what else do you need!!!
