Pros:

Minuses:
- not honest
I needed an air conditioner compressor, chose 3 pcs ads on this disassembly and took pictures of the ads. All cost differently, one 325r, the second 390r, the third 423r. The most beautiful one in the ad was for 423p.
I arrived and asked to show the "third" for 423p, they took me to the rack and showed me another compressor, saying that the one I was asking for was not there, there was only one, when asked about the price they said it costs the same. I didn't see the tag, but it looked good to me and I bought it. Later I saw that it had the tag of the one that costs 325p (there is a photo of the ad), but it was sold to me for "the same amount" as the most expensive one (423p).
As a result, of course, I am glad that they sold a normal spare part, but the manager's cunning spoiled the impression of this organization.
I found the right turbine from this seller (even 3 pcs.), called, started dictating the articles, he says "Send me your VIN code on Viber, I will pick it up and answer you." I sent the VIN code and an additional photo of the turbine and the number of the turbine that is currently on the car. The seller replied that there is a suitable turbine in Moscow, delivery takes 3-4 days. I agreed and ordered it. 4 days have passed, I wrote to find out whether it was delivered or not, the seller said that he would write tomorrow. I wrote tomorrow, the seller said that there is no information on delivery yet. As a result, the turbine arrived a week later. No one wrote to me that she had arrived (although they promised) until I asked myself.. I needed it urgently, because the car is disassembled and waiting for the turbine. By the way, they are located behind the MKAD, I took a taxi for 40 minutes in one direction and 20p the average price tag in one direction (but this is part of my problem, I could use transport + walk for 2 hours with an 8 kg turbine). I arrived, took the turbine, took it to the diagnostics, there she told me that the actuator was in the wedge, they told me to return it, I called the seller, he says, like, bring it back and we'll change it. I drove back 40 minutes and 20p, they replaced the actuator with exactly the same one (with the same number), I went back for diagnostics. I arrived, they tell me that the actuator is working, but it is not from this turbine at all, there is a foot in the wrong direction and there is no stroke. I called the seller, he started to get indignant, like, bring it, I'll put everything on my foot and everything will work if you can't. OK, I drove back to him (well, again 40 minutes and 20p). He brought it, showed what was wrong, he admitted that their joint, gave me 20p compensation for the inconvenience (on his own initiative, I did not ask). We changed the actuator to the one that fits this turbine. I went home, because the diagnostics had already closed while I was driving back and forth, 6 times.. At home, I decided to check the turbine number, it turned out to be different from what I have on the car, but they seem to be interchangeable. I started looking to see if this number was interchangeable with mine, but I didn't find it in the list. In the morning I took the turbine for diagnostics, there I asked the guys if this turbine would suit me at all, they looked carefully and said that this turbine is from 2005 cars and they have a different design inside, although they look very similar. And like it should become, but power will be lost, and it is larger in size. They put a turbine next to it, which was standing on my car and this one, and there were visible differences in size. I called the seller again, outlined the situation, he began to insist that he had picked up the turbine correctly, but did not want to butt heads and would return the money. I went to them again, they returned the money, took the turbine. In total, in addition to a lot of time spent on trips back and forth, waiting for an extra 4 days for delivery, I spent about 250 rubles on taxis and diagnostics.
It's still good that I didn't take it to the car right away to put it on, so I would have wasted a lot of money for the installation with the actuator not working, and what would have happened to the car to put this turbine on. Another question is why there is another actuator on the turbine at all, so they change the parts there as they want. The diagnostics said that if it is not from this turbine, then it needs to be adjusted (but I do not know if it is true or how they are trying to get money everywhere..)
If someone wants to judge, maybe I'm wrong.. My turbine number is a6420905780, I was sold a6420901580.
