It's a beautiful place. A powerful golden dragon in the very center of Karon Beach. Not everyone knows that this monument was erected in memory of the victims of the 2004 tsunami. There are a large number of different figures around the memorial - this is the memory of the dead - in that terrible blow of nature, for which people were not ready. Thank you for your time.

We rested in the hotel opposite the Koranburi sculpture, across the street is the sea, I recommend good rooms, everything is nearby, cafes, exchangers, pharmacies, market, we will definitely return there.

One of the Thai shrines, you can often meet worshippers. You get beautiful photos both at night and during the day. By the way, there is a beautiful beach with "singing" sand behind the monument. You can sunbathe right on it or buy a pair of sun loungers with an umbrella for 200 baht for the whole day)
