I ordered a wing for the car. There was a whole one in the photo, it came by European mail with a jammed corner near the door. I am not a body builder myself., I do not do this, I sent a photo to Viber gle before that they sent me the track number of the parcel, and I called a few days ago, explained the situation. They said all the claims against the carrier, they say there is such a problem with the wings, we know how they bend. But you made the packaging, if you know about this problem, why can't you pack normally? I asked to solve this issue somehow, to return part of the funds or how, they said that it was all easy to withdraw and putty, but you have to pay money for it? And it was significant that the photo had a smooth, normal wing. In short, they did not come to any result, I will no longer contact them and I will not advise them. It is a pity that they do not treat their clients very well in controversial situations.
