Very nice hotel, cozy, the rooms are clean, the linen is white, fresh, new. European breakfast, buffet and coffee machine. We ate with pleasure every day, everything was delicious and the coffee was wonderful.
You can specify whether to clean the room or not, it is cleaned well, everything is clean.
The room has tea, coffee, sugar, kettle, drinking water. Bottled drinking water is also provided for breakfast.
The service is unobtrusive, but very good.

We stayed at this hotel from 03/01/2025 to 03/08/2025.
The hotel is located within walking distance from Istanbul's main attractions, near the tram, Eminenyu Marina. The hotel itself is small. The staff is friendly, they stand up and smile at the sight of a guest. They don't speak Russian. The breakfasts are good, a little of the same type, but you won't leave hungry. There is Wi-Fi. We booked an Economy room, the room is small, the room is clean, bed linen, white towels, shampoo, gel, slippers. If the room is cleaned, they will provide free tea, coffee, sugar, and water. Negative: there is a musty smell in the room (most likely this is a problem of all rooms located by the sea), I had to constantly ventilate, the window is small, it is located in a room in a narrow corridor, the window has a view of the neighboring wall, a large air conditioner, stairs and cigarette butts. (( There is almost no sound insulation, we could hear washing in the next room. The room has an electronic scoreboard: "Do not disturb" and "Tidy up the room." The room was cleaned twice, once on the second day after arrival and the second time when we pressed the "Tidy the room" button. There is a safe in the room, we advise you not to use it. On the first day, we put part of the money in the safe 110 thousand rubles in 5 thousand bills (as a financial worker, I always count the money twice out of habit). I decided to count the money on the third day and surprise, (it was my birthday that day) instead of one 5 thousand bill, they put 100 rubles in the middle of the pack, apparently it was calculated that - "The fool herself", she put the wrong bill… I read a review above that they give you a birthday cake. I assure you, they don't give you a cake, but your birthday will be celebrated with your money (if you leave it in the safe)).

The only negative I found was the thin walls between the rooms.
