This time we were lucky enough to visit sunny Yerevan. After a long analysis of the hotel market, we decided to stay here. We were satisfied with almost everything. Of the advantages: 1. Good champagne made a good start to the day. The spa area is also very nice. We were there every day. A couple of nuances that I would like to draw the attention of the staff to, it was cool in the room. The air conditioner did not help, cool air was blowing from there. The adjustment did not help. It would be nice if the windows were closed more tightly, the smell of burning penetrated into the room especially at night. And the shampoos, it seemed to me, were not original. They dried the skin very much and were different from CrabTree. But this is my subjective opinion. There are questions about cleaning. There were hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. And on the first day, the conditioner and gel ran out, which were not refilled during all the days of stay. But these are really small things compared to the staff who made our stay comfortable and unforgettable. I want to come back again.
