We had a rest with our son from September 13 to September 21, 2024. We liked the hotel. The territory is not large, but everything is very well thought out. I left a pleasant impression of the pier, where you can sunbathe and dive from it.
Very diverse and delicious cuisine. I try not to eat salads on vacation, but here all the salads were the freshest). Every day in the restaurant is dedicated to some kind of national cuisine: Mexican, Turkish, Italian, etc. The Italian day was sooo pleased: a diverse amount of seafood (crayfish, grilled shrimp, octopus, mussels) and varieties of 7 different fish, including salmon.
In general, on nutrition: there are food trucks throughout the hotel, where a variety of food is prepared throughout the day.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
According to the accommodation: we arrived, the hotel was on hold and our room was not ready. We were provided with a room of the above category: family duplex. The rooms are not the newest, but clean and well maintained. I always leave a small tip for the cleaning staff. They made surprises for me every day from towels and flowers, then an elephant, then a dog)). Pleasantly
A wonderful SPA. And a very nice and attentive girl who works at the reception.
What I didn't like: the obsessive sellers of fur coats and gold, whom I always wanted to avoid. If you pass by, you know that you have to fight off the offer to go to the factories.
The pleasant location of the hotel: 500 m to the center of Kemer. We went for a walk every evening
Everything was great for me, the hotel itself, the stunning beach, and the very high level of service. The incredible variety of dishes in the restaurant, the cuisines of the peoples of the world were presented every day. And everything is very kind and informal. From here we took a bus to Pamukalla, where we flew in a hot air balloon.

We have already vacationed in Turkey 6 times. Each time out of season (in autumn and spring), and each time in a different hotel. But the previous times were in Side.
This is my first time in Kemer. We immediately fell in love with both the town and the hotel.
But first about the hotel. Everything in it is a solid five.
The staff is very friendly, responsible and helpful.
The rooms, although small, are cozy, clean, and comfortable. Orthopedic pillows are provided free of charge upon request. Which was a big plus for me.
Restaurants have a special respect! The food is high-quality, varied, and delicious. There was red fish every day. A good selection of cheeses. There are a lot of snacks and hot dishes. Abundance of fruits, vegetables, and herbs. I don't say anything about desserts at all, it's impossible to try everything in 2 weeks. And in this regard, I can't help but point out one drawback of the hotel - there are no scales in the rooms. And this is a necessary thing with such a diet! That's why we have to take them with us, because of the 6 hotels in Turkey that we have visited over the past 3 years, only one "Elegance" in Side had them.
I really liked the large number of relaxation areas with armchairs, sofas, pillows, etc. You don't have time to settle down somewhere, the waiter immediately comes up to you and offers you something: tea, coffee, alcohol, cocktails, etc.
What really pleased me was the presence of a chat. The thing is very convenient! Communication with the reception was almost instantaneous. No need to call, explain, or ask. You present your problem in a chat in Russian, of course, and in a few minutes you get an answer! And in the morning - information about all the activities at the hotel. Wonderful!
Well, in the end, I didn't like it anyway. This is the location of the hotel. The Internet indicated that the center was 500 meters away. In fact, this is not the case. The promenade along the sea is at least 1 km away, and the central charming shopping street is 2 km away. And this should be taken into account when choosing a hotel.
We definitely recommend the hotel!
