We took it for two days because we found out about the rental at the very end of the vacation and this trip turned out to be so wonderful that we did not regret the money we spent. At the rental, the light was explained in sufficient detail, shown, given everything necessary and on the way. About bicycles, I may say briefly but succinctly that they are good. There is much more comfort than on a bike, this is my opinion. There is also enough adrenaline from driving, we accelerated to 56 km per hour. brakes and stability at altitude!You can get to almost any point on the island, where not every bike can be visited. Tired of pedaling, we eat on an electric bike, beauty. And there is enough power reserve. We traveled more than 40 km and 32-35 km on a single charge exclusively by train and the charge did not end. Emotions and impressions are only positive. However, at first it was not comfortable in terms of driving on Thai roads, but very quickly all the inconvenience went away. In general, we are satisfied with the work of the rental, and we also plan to ride bicycles next vacation.

What can I tell you about my experience using this service? In short, I do not recommend it.
I took an electric bike with 500 watts, it would seem an average power option, but in a strong slope, even at 1 speed, I will have to puff normally, given the landscape of the island as a whole, I will have to play with speeds and an assistant all the time, otherwise either you will run out or the charge. According to the landlord, it is enough for 50 km, and it is true, if you drive mainly on highways and flat roads, the intersection can reduce this distance by two or more. Also, if you weigh more than 90kg, then 500 watts will definitely not be enough for you, the person does not even ask you and does not warn you about how big they are designed for.
But that's not even the point at all, since every trip is a lottery, what the fuck is in this bike this time you don't know. After driving far from the hotel, it turned out that the bike does not pull uphill in any way at all, the engine just scrolls, puffs and dies. In this case, what does this guy offer if you are stuck somewhere in the mountains with this miracle of technology? Maybe a new worker will bring you, or a technician will come and sort it out on the spot, or maybe at least he will pick you up and a bike? No! He tells you, dig into the wires there yourself, because the quote is "maybe these Thais messed up something with their pens" and you are now all on and off there, disconnected, connected, fix everything for him yourself. Didn't work out? Strange... Well, I'll bring a new one tomorrow. Thank you very much, I carry a bike for ~ 2000 rubles a day.
Okay, have you changed it, are the brakes squeaking all over the street? Well, they're just new, after 20km everything will be fixed, well, it will be fixed, only after 60 kilometers, when you drove every day with ringing in your ears. Well, how did you ride, the very electronics of these bikes are made with crutches on your knee, if your engine works or not, it depends on the magnets on the brake handle, they hold on to a piece of double-sided tape, in a climate of 30+ and high humidity, they rust and (suddenly, who would have thought) peel off, so What is being offered to you again in this case? For obviously your joint, of course, well, we will send you glue and a new magnet to another city, completely free of charge (delivery at your expense), again it will cost you somewhere else 2-3 k. That's despite the fact that they are configured so that even if they haven't fallen off yet, you need to put the squeeze on the brake separately to unlock the engine. Why is that? Well, you always have a choice to carry a bike on yourself, since you can no longer drive up the mountain on it, or if you want to ride quietly, then pay for the fact that we do great shit.
And this is the most basic thing, in addition to the fact that they are rigidly heated, where this block with wires can heat up to the melting of the wires inside, so that it can normally warm up your foot, the footrest for a bicycle is either too short for the bike to stand, or it just falls out. A hexagon to play with as a gift.
There is nothing here that just works and without problems. Every day, there is less and less desire to drive it somewhere, and to be honest, it will probably even cost you less, especially if you are not alone, and you need 2-3 trips to certain points, then it is better to choose a taxi, so you will definitely arrive, while dry and intact.
And speaking of integrity, one fall from this bike will cost you literally the price of a new bike of 30k rubles

I sincerely envy other people from the reviews who have not faced similar problems and they really managed to relax with these bikes
As a result, according to the advantages (they really are):
- you can go anywhere on the island, even across the intersection somehow, but you can;
- convenient and fun, the feeling of overcoming a long route and mountains, somehow brings pleasure;
- the water tastes better, you sweat more than you pee;
- no problems with traffic police and traffic jams, it's a little creepy on the freeways
Of the cons, I repeat, this is an overprice for such a pleasure, especially considering the risks and the lack of insurance from the owner, as well as your problems, only yours, not this person's, even if the problem is just using it, you just want to take a taxi or rent a regular bike, which will cost you more than 2 times cheaper literally
You probably won't have a relaxing holiday with them if you plan to ride somewhere other than the city and the plains
The bike overheats, sits down quickly, pulls you badly uphill even with your strength
The front lights are normal, the rear has nothing to do with the brakes, it just shines
In what configuration they will be brought to you is random, the person does not even know what he has, so there is no wing on one bike, he forgot the fasteners for the lantern for the other, the helmets are terribly overdone and the ribbons may simply not hold on to them
In the end, I will not recommend this service to anyone else
