On February 24, we received a hood. Checked during installation on April 7, the engine rattled. Manager Ruslan refused to bring a replacement, citing the refusal of the management. Moreover, the manager wrote that replacing defective products after 1.5 months is a "kind gesture of the will" of the management. We PAID for the product, the store did not give it to us, so now we can make a kind gesture of will. We agreed on a replacement for almost a day, and although delivery is included, we had to do the replacement ourselves. Store manager (Zhamolildin) he said that the previous manager with whom we talked, Ruslan, offered to bring the hood himself and pick up the defective one.. I corrected the assessment, because we found a solution to the problem.
