Very nice prices. Everything is clean, tidy, warm. The staff is helpful. There is a parking lot. The hotel is small, but very cozy. Exclusively family friendly. You can not drink alcohol or smoke in the rooms. It's very good 🙂

Helpful staff, clean and cozy. Delicious breakfasts. The accommodation is inexpensive. The only thing that bothered me was that the hotel is located opposite the bus station, and all the approaches to it are clogged with cars to Uzbekistan and active drivers who strive to get you as a passenger.

We stayed with the children on the way to Russia on 06/04/2024 and were very satisfied.The staff is polite, the room is very clean, smells good, the plumbing is good, the beds are comfortable.There is everything you need.There is a pharmacy, food, shops nearby, you can leave your car on their territory, there is a camera.Thank you, I enjoyed everything very much.

The hotel is great for the money. The staff is friendly. The room is clean, there is Wi-Fi, TV, buffet fridge.Breakfast is included in the price. They give scrambled eggs, porridge, yogurt, cheese, coffee or tea for breakfast. There is a shower and toilet in the room.
Nearby there is a park, Shymkent Plaza shopping center, many banks where you can open an account. The hotel is located at the exit from the city towards Tashkent. If anyone wants to visit Tashkent, contact local drivers, since the hotel has plenty of them. They'll take you with the wind. I recommend the hotel.

There is not enough light, there are 2 bottles of water and 2 tea bags in the room for four people, in general, everything is designed for two, although it was indicated at the time of booking that there would be 4 people. There were also no chairs, stools, ottomans in the room... Of the things you can sit on, these are only beds and a huge armchair. The kettle was broken and did not boil water, it was good that it was immediately replaced. The water in the room is a separate story: because of the accident, it was not there, but when it was given, it was cold. The room is old and shabby, this is noticeable despite the lack of lighting. Separately, I would like to note the spontaneous bus station in front of the hotel - not to pass, not to drive. Otherwise, you can stop, if not for a long time.

The rooms are clean and cozy.
The Internet was working fine in our room on the third floor. There is a convenient place to work.
Delicious breakfasts — a choice of porridge or omelette, plus yogurt, sliced vegetables, melted cheese, bread and tea/coffee.
One of the disadvantages is dim light, in the evening it is dark in the room, but such dimmed light often happens in hotels.

I removed one star because the POS terminal at the reception did not work, as a result of which I had to go to the Emil trading house to cash out money. The receptionist also forgot to unlock the magnetic key, which is why I had to go down from the third floor again. Little things, of course, but the sediment remains. And the location is not the best, there is a bazaar nearby and taxi drivers with their "Saryagash 1 adam". When will Shymkent learn how to use bus stations or inDriver intercity, but this is already a rhetorical question that has nothing to do with the essence. And that's why I think the room prices could have been made a little lower.

For breakfast, you will be offered two food options. The food is delicious. My room was not clean enough at check-in. The next day, the floors were washed and it got better. I didn't touch the towels and bathrobe, they were washed. I travel with my kits. The reception did not tell you how to call a taxi from the airport and what taxi services are available in the city. I forgot my T-shirt in the closet - they said they hadn't seen it. The documents were prepared on time.
