Very nice prices. Everything is clean, tidy, warm. The staff is helpful. There is a parking lot. The hotel is small, but very cozy. Exclusively family friendly. You can not drink alcohol or smoke in the rooms. It's very good 🙂
It's very cozy. Clear. The staff was polite and told us everything. If I am in Shymkent, I will definitely stay there. Thank you very much. I recommend.
Everything is fine except for the stale towels. The first impression is perfect - clean, beautiful, there are all the amenities. But when it came to the shower, all the positive things disappeared.
Helpful staff, clean and cozy. Delicious breakfasts. The accommodation is inexpensive. The only thing that bothered me was that the hotel is located opposite the bus station, and all the approaches to it are clogged with cars to Uzbekistan and active drivers who strive to get you as a passenger.
We stayed with the children on the way to Russia on 06/04/2024 and were very satisfied. The staff is polite, the room is very clean, smells good, the plumbing is good, the beds are comfortable. There is everything you need. There is a pharmacy, food, shops nearby, you can leave your car on their territory, there is a camera.Thank you, I enjoyed everything very much.
The price and quality match.
If you refresh the repair a little and fix small jambs like broken shelves in the shower, it will be great (they can fall and break while you wash).
They say there are no places at the reception and they offer apartments in small families. Accordingly, there is nothing to say about the hotel itself. The location is good.
Clean, cozy, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, but for some reason in Shymkent hotels when you book a room for two, toiletries (shampoos, bathrobe, slippers, etc.) - all for one
Last race, frankly, it was better
Something went wrong this time. The tap water smells like sewage, when trying to boil, some third-party fragments were found in the kettle.
There is rust on the shower tray.
The room is cold, although the batteries are hot.
It may depend on the number to the number. I don't remember the room, I lived on the second floor, the penultimate room on the left
The hotel is great for the money. The staff is friendly. The room is clean, there is Wi-Fi, TV, buffet fridge.Breakfast is included in the price. They give scrambled eggs, porridge, yogurt, cheese, coffee or tea for breakfast. There is a shower and toilet in the room.
Nearby there is a park, Shymkent Plaza shopping center, many banks where you can open an account. The hotel is located at the exit from the city towards Tashkent. If anyone wants to visit Tashkent, contact local drivers, since the hotel has plenty of them. They'll take you with the wind. I recommend the hotel.
I often stay at this hotel. Very clean, pleasant and very friendly staff. The receptionist guy helped me carry my heavyweight suitcase to the 3rd floor. The air conditioner saves in summer, thanks a lot for that. Of the minuses, only the hair dryer works according to the mood, that is, it works or not. And the fact that for such a low price, with such cleanliness, not all rooms are available. Then you have to stop at other places (
The suite, but... There is not enough light, there are 2 bottles of water and 2 tea bags in the room for four people, in general, everything is designed for two, although it was indicated at the time of booking that there would be 4 people. There were also no chairs, stools, ottomans in the room... Of the things you can sit on, these are only beds and a huge armchair. The kettle was broken and did not boil water, it was good that it was immediately replaced. The water in the room is a separate story: because of the accident, it was not there, but when it was given, it was cold. The room is old and shabby, this is noticeable despite the lack of lighting. Separately, I would like to note the spontaneous bus station in front of the hotel - not to pass, not to drive. Otherwise, you can stop, if not for a long time.
The rooms are clean and cozy.
The Internet was working fine in our room on the third floor. There is a convenient place to work.
Delicious breakfasts — a choice of porridge or omelette, plus yogurt, sliced vegetables, melted cheese, bread and tea/coffee.
One of the disadvantages is dim light, in the evening it is dark in the room, but such dimmed light often happens in hotels.
A good hotel. Clear. There is hot water.
Minuses:
Breakfast is not very good
Heating from the air conditioner
There's something like a bus station nearby and it's noisy because of it.
Very nice hotel! At the five-star level! Cozy and comfortable room, clean linen, delicious breakfast! Near the center! The prices are reasonable! Polite and friendly staff! We liked everything!
We were in July for 2 days. Clean, renovated and the staff is polite. Delicious breakfast. There is a Playground nearby, not far from the center. I recommend.
In general, the hotel and the staff left very positive impressions. Only breakfast would be a little more plentiful, otherwise a couple of the thinnest slices of tomatoes and cucumbers causes a slight sadness. The location is ideal if you plan to travel from or to Tashkent, as there is a bus stop opposite to the border.
Tired rooms and plumbing. But one of the advantages is a Halal hotel. There is a closed parking lot. Delicious breakfasts. The administration is trying to eliminate all the shortcomings if possible.
Clean, moderately cozy. However, the duvet covers were provided to the guest raw. It's a small thing, but it spoils the impression. The hotel is opposite the bus station. Convenient, but sometimes noisy. The cost of the rooms is acceptable. Tomorrow is good, but the portion could have been bigger.
A good hotel, clean, cozy, warm, despite the fact that I was in autumn, it's damp outside, and they haven't given me heating yet. I removed one star because the POS terminal at the reception did not work, as a result of which I had to go to the Emil trading house to cash out money. The receptionist also forgot to unlock the magnetic key, which is why I had to go down from the third floor again. Little things, of course, but the sediment remains. And the location is not the best, there is a bazaar nearby and taxi drivers with their "Saryagash 1 adam". When will Shymkent learn how to use bus stations or inDriver intercity, but this is already a rhetorical question that has nothing to do with the essence. And that's why I think the room prices could have been made a little lower.
I found a hotel through the booking website. Despite the location, I really liked the hotel, it is very bright and clean, friendly staff, a little plumbing problems, but it did not spoil the rest) at a reasonable price.
There is nothing to say. There is an unpleasant smell in the rooms, as well as in the toilet. Drinking water is paid. They wrote one price, and took another amount at the reception. In general, we do not recommend it.
For breakfast, you will be offered two food options. The food is delicious. My room was not clean enough at check-in. The next day, the floors were washed and it got better. I didn't touch the towels and bathrobe, they were washed. I travel with my kits. The reception did not tell you how to call a taxi from the airport and what taxi services are available in the city. I forgot my T-shirt in the closet - they said they hadn't seen it. The documents were prepared on time.
A good hotel, right at the exit towards Tashkent. It is definitely worth the money, there is everything you need. It's noisy outside during the day, but you have to understand that this is the Colossus area. Breakfast is included, and there are also many establishments nearby. I recommend.
