A very nice house.
Positive: All nearby kindergartens, schools, ken Mart, shops, pharmacies, butcher shop, polyclinic, dentistry. The house is very warm, clean, the communal apartment is not expensive.
Cons: it's a long way to the bus stop, parking is tight, prices in stores are expensive, the water is heavily chlorinated, the area is densely populated.
Bottom line: The house is good, the area is inhabited, everything you need is nearby, mainly for young families.
P.S this is purely my subjective opinion
Everything is fine, but there is no Parking, it would seem, just Parking, but no! All places are packed after 8 p.m. it's hard to find a place for a car after work.
