I put 4 because the attitude when receiving money was strange. I came in the morning, they refused, they said no money, although they gave it to the locals in front of me. I arrived later at 16:00, got to the same cashier, apparently this saved me. I asked now, I hope there is money? She replied with a smile, yes. Although before that I saw a Russian girl refused in another window, the mood was to quarrel, I can't walk several times a day. However, they gave me the money. When I started to leave, one girl was refused. It's very strange.

The exchange office is the same as everyone else. The exchange on weekends is less profitable. It works all days of the week.
