We just left the cafe. The food was delicious, the service was at a high level: the staff was polite and attentive. However, the impression was spoiled by an unpleasant situation at the exit. One of the employees (presumably a cleaner) rudely demanded payment for using the toilet, despite the fact that I was a visitor to the establishment. She did not understand me in Russian, and it was only after explaining in Uzbek that the conflict was resolved. The situation is extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. The rating is 2 out of 5.

Specifically, lavash and shawarma are usually delicious. By usually, I mean, 8 out of 10 times it will definitely be delicious. But it is better not to see how it is prepared, Unsanitary conditions, of course, are not at the level of pirozhkova at the train station, but still leaves much to be desired. The cashier does not work until late, as she leaves, her duties are performed by the same dudes who cook. ie, they take money from you, count it, give change. and then they go to cook, without washing their hands, without putting on gloves. And also, most of the time, while there are no customers, of course they stick in their phones, itch and all that, and every time I ask to wash my hands before cooking, they look at me like an alien. Another schedule. They conditionally have it, but in fact they close when the goods run out or when they want to. Sometimes it's already closed at 12 at night, sometimes they're still working at 2-30. They cook quickly. There is no staff. neither good nor bad. like a vending machine. they don't speak Russian, they only understand what is on the menu and that's it. There is never a manager. He probably doesn't exist at all, but the owner is also never there. The interior is normal, cool in summer, cold in winter.

The room is poorly heated. During the cold season, the air conditioner turns on by itself in the hall, which disperses cold air throughout the hall. The staff looks at the visitors as if they were nothing. The kitchen is completely unsanitary. They cook without gloves. It was better before the renovation and rebranding.
