Having purchased a car from an official dongfeng dealer in Gomel, I was amazed at the lack of service from the word at all, from the moment of purchase to contacting the service center. On the day the car was issued, it was rolled up to me with a dirty interior, 20% charge (electric car), lack of any mats. The car dealership representative briefly showed what was in the car, and that was it. The experience of buying a car is disgusting. Later, after contacting the service to replace the broken mirror, I waited 2 weeks for a spare part, it turned out to be defective, re-ordered, a new one arrived, but which needs to be painted in the color of the car. And they only paint in Mogilev. As a result, the car was taken away, as they only paint the mirror attached to the car. The master said it would take a week, it's been 2 weeks now, and when contacting the service, no one can give me information about when the repair will be completed. He asked me to contact the management, but I was refused. As a result, the replacement of a simple mirror has been going on for almost two months.

I was surprised that you can't close the trunk lid with your hand, despite the fact that it didn't close with the button. The manager jumped up, yelled at me for it, tried to close with the button - screwed up and ran away.
