The car has been under repair for 4 months at the moment, there are still no spare parts. They said some of them got there, you can pick up the car on Saturday or Sunday, then we'll give you a ride and put up the pads. Saturday came and it turned out that the bumper grille was missing and it would arrive on Monday, but the rest of the spare parts had not arrived. When I asked if you have all the same envy, no one answered me. According to the document, I have to pick up a FULLY finished car at the end of February. Next, we will deal with it in a different way. If we have such problems with mounted, we can say running parts, it's scary to think when someone has something more serious(((( Bottom line: I'm happy with the car. There were questions to the leasing manager, a woman (I don't remember her name), as a result, we refused her services, strange human behavior. As I understand it, it is not easy for people to work there because of the internal disorganization of the enterprise, so those who want to work there correctly assess their strength, the money will be only after six months or a year of plowing in conditions of social injustice)). Further. To buyers: demand your own, carefully accept the car, make out additional options in a separate order, so as not to increase the cost of the car according to the PREP (the cost of the hard hat depends on this, etc.). After leaving the salon, there was a beating of the steering wheel at a speed of > 95, I went to make a rebalance to the salon for their service, they wanted to take money for it)), but they did it for free, I had to persistently ask, because it is the duty of the salon to issue the car in technically sound condition. It is necessary to praise the salon for the fact that you can watch from comfortable chairs how your car is serviced (I even saw how the machine showed the imbalance of my wheels)). I can't get through to the service center about the service, the answer is all busy! Leave a number and you will get a call back. And they don't call back. They don't call back after 2 hours. Moreover, he will get through to a single number without any problems, but there is zero benefit from it. They also say that everyone is busy and will call back. It takes another 3 hours, they don't call back. I think this attitude is just piggish.

I am very disappointed with the service at this center. There were no questions about buying a car there. But alas, I soon broke the bumper. I applied for a helmet, they ordered a new bumper and told me the average wait is 3 months. But it's been 7!!! We were always fed breakfast, as a result, we were assured that it would be in early October. But November has already arrived! I call them and they tell me that they will call me back and NOT call me back. I made a complaint by calling the center, they said they would consider my question and give an answer, but for almost 3 weeks no one has called back! I do not advise buying a car in this center, because God forbid an insurance event will happen and waiting for replacement parts like this is a nightmare! I 've been driving with a leaky , broken bumper for 7 months , and I don 't know when I 'll get it changed again ! And if the issue was more serious and it was impossible to move around in this car?? I do not intend to leave it like that. As much as I am always a loyal and patient person, but my patience has already burst.
