On 02/18/2024, at 19:11, a delivery order was placed. An important clarification is that it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the nearest institution. A couple of minutes later, they called us back (although they asked not to be disturbed in the order) and informed us that the delivery would be within 15-30 minutes. At 19:20, a text message had already arrived that the order was ready. As a result, the order arrived only at 20:33, naturally cold. While we were waiting for the order, we wanted to clarify if someone was coming to us, but the call center turned out to be overloaded) Now for the food, the shawarma is cold, but the funniest thing is that the order included Sour Cream shawarma and mushrooms and Banditos, but we did not see one or the other shawarma. Firstly, they were not signed, and secondly, they did not find anything similar to Banditos ingredients in either shawarma, but they found a whole mushroom)) The shawarma tastes very average and does not feel very fresh. We used to take it periodically, but now it's better to take it somewhere else)))

I ordered a shawarma today, they said that the waiting time is 20 minutes.As a result, the waiting time turned into 50 minutes and they said sorry, in my opinion this is already too much.It would be fine if there was a stream, but I was alone + the person who made the order later, through pickup, received the order much earlier Doner king on Sukharevskaya

The shawarma itself is delicious, I used to order it all the time. But specifically at this point there are constant problems - after ordering through the application, they call back and: either there is no meat, then potatoes, then something else, or "for technical reasons they do not work." Often, the order does not reach the application at all and the call center cannot be reached because it is "overloaded". The "quality service" is not responding to calls.
