Moreover, I will say that this requires two layers of paper + foil, not parchment (which does not absorb moisture)+a polythene sock, which makes the shawarma soak in 5 minutes. Next, normal shawarma shops give out vibrating numbers, and you have an old-fashioned receipt (which is changed to shawarma) - hello tax?. I understand that there should be breaks and everyone gets tired, but you can just initially warn that the order will be prepared more, or hint to the cook, and not continue to sit on the phone.
Okay, let's go with that, I took the order, I live opposite, I started eating it in a maximum of three minutes, the shawarma was all soaked and cold after the bite, you can see in the photo what happened, I think if someone had eaten it on the street, it wouldn't have been very good when it all fell apart immediately
