22.11 I placed an order online for a regular xl in cheese pita bread, I indicated the time at 22.45, I came at about 47, at 50 I started eating and it was cold, of course I understand that I could cool down, but I specifically set such a time so as not to take the ice shawarma, so I also turned out to be with jalapeno, which I did not I also asked for a disgusting seasoning, which had never been added anywhere before, otherwise the recipe is normal, everything is normal, it feels like someone didn't pick up the order with jalapeno and they gave it to me. I've never had any problems in this network, I always liked it, but this point failed me significantly, so I still don't feel very well now, even though I don't have a sensitive stomach. I don't recommend it(
Yesterday, 06.12 we ordered delivery, we were taking it from the same point, it was terrible, very fatty, sour, the pita bread was soaked, disgusting.
Dear Doner King, do not spoil your reputation, you have never faced such problems before, it was always delicious at Umanskaya, Moskovskaya, Lyubimov, Dolginovsky, they used to deliver from serebryanka to us, it was also not bad, but this point is a huge disappointment((( I would put 0

I used to take the shawarma of this chain on Kalvariyskaya until they closed. On occasion, I saw a familiar brand and decided to try it. I ordered chicken XL with garlic sauce.
1. Dimensions. Subjectively, there is no 600 g. Whenever I ordered an XL, it was like tear your face off. Here, well, light and thin.
2. Taste. It's creepy. It definitely wasn't garlic sauce or they drastically changed its recipe. Shavukha itself is dry, pita bread is more than meat.
3. Bonus. Heartburn and indigestion.
I've already eaten so much.

In my opinion, I would rate this point only 2 stars. This is due to the fact that too much lavash is used in shawarma - it reaches up to 5 layers. Also, the sauce is there, then it is not. The last time I ordered a BBQ, but in fact it turned out to be a simple chicken shawarma and, of course, with an excess of layers of pita bread and minimal added sauce.

On December 7th, I ordered two doners. Past the fact that the cashier did not give a check and did not turn on the order board, forcing them to wait longer in the cold.(she could have called at least when I was standing literally a meter from the window)
So also the BBK Doner turned out to be completely meat-free. It's all cabbage. And the Greek one without cheese!!!!
Tobish cook also knows where the hell he flies!!

I wanted to buy a "Vegetarian" shawarma,
but it turned out that they did not do it because there were no potatoes, I ordered "Banditos", it indicated that there were beans in the composition, and asked not to put chicken, as a result, there were no beans in the shawarma, but for some reason a couple of pieces of chicken were found.

Открылась новая точка, решили попробовать, так в Куриной шаурме обнаружили дома тонну свиного жира! В поддержку написали, ноль реакции, мало того что шаурма без вкуса (потому что соус решили заменить на жир видимо) так еще и ее большая часть -сухой лаваш
Отвратительное качество, отвратительная реакция «службы контроля качества»
UPD: поддержка написала что это «чесночный соус»…. Только вот чесноком от шаурмы и не пахнет, не говоря уже про соус

В первый же день отравились всей компанией из 6 человек донером с говядиной, решили через пару дней попробовать ещё раз, но другой вкус, однако снова отправление, в донере сметана-грибы ярко выраженный вкус испорченой сметаны, лаваша во всех донерах огромное количество

В салат «Цезарь» положили котлету вместо курицы. Служба контроля качества - одно название. Берут трубку с 10 раза, не умеют общаться. Ужасное отношение к клиентам.
