Hello, I want to share with you yesterday's trip from Donetsk to St. Petersburg. First of all, I boarded in Snezhnoye and I had 46 seats on the order, as a result, there were 45 seats on the bus!!!! Bus number-B-832 BP, 180 region!!!!!!!!! But that's not the worst part.what could have happened on this trip. The worst thing is, I very rarely take the bus, this is my second trip, but the horror is in the very condition and dirt on this bus, it seems to me that even animals in such conditions are not scary to transport.as for the people, the suburban buses are cleaner and more comfortable, all the people were shocked by the dirt and complete unsanitary conditions, I will post a photo for authenticity and the bus number that should have been scrapped 10 years ago.The second was very cold in the back seats, the closer we got to St. Petersburg, the more we felt like we were going to die before we got there, the driver in front of him turned on the stove and steered, and people like at the North pole, of course, it's terrible. And finally, the people who carry a whole busload of passengers are so unfriendly and out of touch that I would even say angry and sullen, there was no way out - we had to go because everyone has their own circumstances, but we passengers should enjoy the trip and be confident that you will be taken, and here...- the exact opposite. I just have a question, what time do we live in, why is there no control over the transport that transports people, and not some kind of cattle, why is that??????? After all, a ticket costs a lot, 6 thousand rubles. and luggage for each bag is 500-600 rubles. and no matter what size it is, why such lawlessness is happening in a civilized country, I can't even believe that this is possible nowadays!!! Please do not take tickets for such flights, this is not a trip - it's a ruined time, health and stress from what you saw!

I went from Anapa to Donetsk today as a beady sprinter. The driver is a professional-he drove quickly, but without comfort, since the bead was killed by ten years of travel and is not provided at all for long-distance trips.It is a pity that such professionals have to work on obsolete transport (People were stuffed like a herring in a barrel, there is nowhere to put things. The driver has to listen to all the negativity from the passengers. It's time for the owners to upgrade their vehicles a long time ago!!! I will no longer drive this carrier👎👎👎

A company with very good service. They rebooked our trip to Orel for another day for free. There is a free hotline 8-804 from the Russian Federation, it is convenient to call from a Russian SIM card, especially if there is roaming in another region. The trip was held in complete comfort with all amenities. The bus has air conditioning. The seats are fresh and clean. TV and Wi-fi are included. Thanks for the comfort. We recommend it to everyone.
