02/22/2025 in the morning, my husband ordered me a bouquet. I am attaching a photo of the condition of the flowers on the day of 02.26.25. The bouquet is only 4 days old, but the leaves are all withered, the stems are not fully peeled, and the stem of the gerbera is 1/2 rotten. None of the presented bouquets stood for less than 2 weeks, while having their original appearance. I do not recommend this place. The sediment is terrible.

I ordered a bouquet by a certain time. They replied that everything was fine and they would do it.
I came 5 minutes before the appointed time, reported the above, to which I was asked to show a photo of the bouquet and as it turned out, it did not even begin to be made. The girl began to collect and offer completely different flowers and a different color. At least one flower had its petals torn off (unfortunately, I noticed it after the exit).
As a result:
1. I stood for ~ 20 minutes waiting for them to assemble.
2. They offered neither a discount nor any compensation for their irresponsibility.
3. For this attitude, the other components of the bouquet and the torn flowers, I gave 115, I do not consider this the norm. The price does not match the quality.
We kindly ask you, if you understand that you have any kind of flow of customers / orders and you can't cope with it, warn about the waiting time so as not to run around in puffs and not make excuses for YOUR own work not done.

My husband ordered delivery on mother's Day, at first I liked the bouquet in principle, except for the packaging, which left much to be desired.
The next day I decided to disassemble the bouquet and trim the flowers again, and most of them turned out to be in a very deplorable state, although the bouquet itself did not look particularly budget -upset 😞
