The director of the agency Svetlana, a sensitive and responsive person, will always tell you with a choice "as for yourself" and not as in most agencies to sell the tour. I trust her as much as I do myself.The sweetest girl Veronica also works, she is always in touch and ready to answer my questions. Many iconic people ask me where you buy tours, I always say: if you want good service and reliability, then choose Don Quixote and this is not an advertisement. Thanks to them, we visited Turkey, Israel, Egypt - a special love for this country, we have been many times. This year we visited the UAE, the girls helped us choose a good hotel, we were satisfied. I went and will continue to go on vacation on tours purchased from this company, because I did not find a more caring service in the city, and I do not see any point in looking for it. After the call, there was a bad impression about this company, a very unpleasant and boorish manner of communication, a boorish woman picked up the phone, who does not need to work with people, but wash toilets! It was unpleasant to talk and I did not want to order tour services from this company at all.
