In those cases, the blame is shifted to everyone, but they are never to blame… Maybe you have an old router, maybe you need to buy an uninterruptible power supply for the router, maybe power surges. I sincerely warn all Donetsk residents against connecting to this provider.

There are very rarely any interruptions, or technical work is underway. But, the problems are fixed quickly. You can reach them at any time of the day. Calling the wizard is also not a problem. If you do not have time to pay, there are credit days. Sometimes the interface in IPTV freezes. And so, in general, everything is fine. I've been with this provider for about 15 years.
