A disgusting organization. The money was credited for connecting the intercom, which was not turned off. Applications are accepted only by mail. Anyone can write an application to turn off the intercom, no documents need to be attached, they cannot provide an application form. On the phone, they say information that does not correspond to reality, they promise to clarify the information and call back, but there is no feedback. The staff is not competent.

I paid for the master's call, sent a receipt for payment and had to call for 3 more weeks for the master to come and connect. Last time they promised that the accountant would come up, because "a major repair with installation is at my address! And you can only have restoration, so my order is not a priority!" Oh, gods ! What is it called? Why are they still working? There is a lot of one star for such services
