When calling, the employee did not specify that the pizza delivery time could be longer than 30 minutes, as indicated in the "header" of the site on each of its pages. The order arrived in 50 minutes, even though it was Thursday, the nearest pizzeria was 5 minutes away by car, and there were no traffic jams. He called a short number and asked when to wait for the courier (actually, at that moment the intercom rang, it took about 50 minutes). The operator said that as an apology for the delay, they would send me a promo code for a pizza for 1 ruble.
On 29.03, I decided to use this promo code to give Domino's a chance to improve and order pizza for the whole family. I ordered 2 large pizzas and 1 small one using a promo code. After the payment, I noticed that the promo code did not apply. I called a short number, waited on the line for more than 4 minutes, after which an employee of Dominos Elizaveta explained to me that the promo code was, it turns out, a promotion, it was not an apology for the "jamb" made last time, and the promotion was not activated due to the fact that points for previous orders were activated. I asked to remove a small pizza from the order, because I did not like such an "apology" at an inflated price at all. It turned out that it was impossible to remove an item from the order, they say, it is necessary to cancel the order completely, which I did, after placing an order at Pizza Fox, which was delivered to me from the heat in 17 minutes. By the way, the money for 31.03 has not yet been returned to me.
Bottom line: if you are not very hungry and are ready to wait for pizza from a nearby pizzeria for 50 minutes, there is a desire to participate in pseudo-actions, feel cheated and spoil lunch / dinner for yourself and your family - welcome to Domino's pizzeria - the pizzeria meets all the above criteria!
