I stayed at the hotel in September.
There is a large beach, entrance from pontoons and there is a small entrance from the shore. You can always find free places on the beach. The free beach bar is a little far from the main entrance, but you can walk to the free bar by the central pool.
The food is varied, there is meat, fish, chicken, delicious pastries, you will definitely not stay hungry.
The rooms are from simple to decent, as you get there. 2-3 storey houses are located at different distances and heights from the reception, but there is an elevator to the beach and free tuk-tuks go.
Room cleaning is not very good. The change of linen is also incomprehensible, I had to remind you. Good sound insulation of the rooms, very quiet.
The reef at the hotel is more lively than the reef to which tourists are taken. Moray eels, stingrays, lionfish, barracuda and other fish live in it.

At lunch, we were given a room in building 39 on the second floor with a sea view, where we lived completely alone in the building for half of the vacation! The room is not new, but clean, everything you need is there. The hotel is located in several tiers, a very large area. Tuk-tuks drive, and many are waiting for them at the stops. We love to walk, so we liked everything - the high location of the room, almost at the level with the reception, a large number of steps and uphill climbs. Also, when choosing a hotel, you need to take into account that cats are there at every step. Every day dinner at the hotel is dedicated to a certain cuisine - they try to maintain the style, but the sushi was with carrots. They made me laugh. I liked the Italian dinner the most. Many wrote that the hotel has three main restaurants. We were in all of them. We stopped at Coral, he was the most, he seemed nicer. Sometimes we went to Giardino in the evening, it's very cozy there. Special thanks to the pastry chef - there are usually typical tasteless cakes in hotels. It's always different and just magical! The fruits were melons, watermelon, figs, oranges, apples. The beach deserves special praise. Before leaving, we studied the question of where to go and how to stay on the beach. But we still got confused at first. Each hotel has its own beach. You can swim everywhere, but lie on a sunbed and enjoy the benefits only of your beach, as they will tell you there. We had a central beach where there are pontoons with sea water. A huge beach, clear water, the same huge reef along the entire beach. We didn't use the bars on the beach, so I can't say anything, but there weren't any in our line of sight. We need to go somewhere. In summary, I must say that we are very happy with our vacation, our priority is a good beach and pleasant food. We found both in the House. There is only one disadvantage - the lack of sufficient water. 0.5 per one per day in this heat is unacceptable.

I was surprised that there is only 1 swimming pool in this huge territory. We were ready for the old furniture in the rooms, but the old bed linen in the spools is out of the question! I haven't even seen this in a three-star hotel. At first, there were only sheets on the bed and dirty old cotton blankets in the closet (and this is at +15 at night), They asked for a normal blanket in the duvet cover, so they brought the ancient stuff in pellets. They asked for a replacement for three days, as a result, the cleaner took off the duvet cover and left the blanket without it! It definitely doesn't pull 5 stars. One of the advantages is a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, but it was not immediately given, I had to demand it at the reception, delicious food. The separate time of the hotel (an hour ahead of the Cairo time) was very annoying, even after a week we were confused. Transfers, tours of Cairo, everything inside the hotel from a fictional time. Breakfast comes out and ends at 9 a.m., which is not always convenient.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2024.
The hotel complex looks like a separate town, as it includes 8 different hotels and even its own type of transport, which runs throughout the territory.
Positive:
- a huge beautiful well-maintained territory
- long beach line
- beautiful living coral reef
- plenty of free sun loungers on the beach
- fresh food, lots of fruits
- three buffet restaurants
- the opportunity to attend the Cleopatra show and dinner in the desert
Minuses:
- terrible tired rooms (I was in four different ones)
- lack of any cleaning
- decrepit towels
- a small assortment of meat and fish dishes
- only instant coffee
- only 0.5 water per day per person
- strong audibility in the rooms
- drinks only in paper cups on site and on the beach
When we checked in, we asked for a room with two separate beds, which we had to fight for two days.
Our friends (two guys) were given a room with one double and one extra bed, as a result, the room was never changed for them.
Both the first and second rooms of the Premium renovation room category were in such a state that I have never seen such a thing in my life! These are peeling furniture on the balcony, fungus in the bathroom, leaking plumbing, non-working air conditioner, clogged sink, broken refrigerator, old tiles in the bathroom.
The rooms are practically not cleaned. They make the bed and put back the dirty towels.
Water is brought at 0.5 liters per person. The rest is poured into paper cups on site or in a restaurant. You still have to fight for water in this hotel!
According to the buffet system, there are three restaurants on site.
We mostly visited the Coral restaurant. Once we were at the Species restaurant, we had dinner at El Giardino several times. The last one is the smallest and the most pleasant. Coral is just a huge dining room, but it was the closest to us, so we were there more often.
As for nutrition, at first it seemed very poor, then they got used to it.
From meat: Chicken and beef, there was nothing else! Fish: sea tongue, small mackerel, crucian carp - 1 time, tuna - 1 time. As a side dish there were two types of pasta, some beans, sometimes potatoes, stewed vegetables, rice.
From fresh vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, grated carrots. There were some pickles, salads, olives. There is no greenery at all! A day later, one kind of some lettuce leaves and that's it.
At the same time, there are good desserts, a variety of croissants for breakfast. This, of course, pleased me!
There were different fruits: melon, watermelon, apples, figs, grapes, peaches, plums, oranges, pomelo.
The alcohol was terrible: tasteless cocktails, bad wine, but good beer, all from paper cups on the premises.
As for coffee, it is only instant Nescafe from the coffee machine. It was a complete disappointment!

It's amazing that this is a 5 star hotel!
The girl who works at the hotel said that our travel agencies buy the cheapest and oldest rooms in this hotel and give them out for 5 stars, and this is not true. There are good rooms on site, as the chain includes 8 hotels and villas.
I really liked the Cleopatra show and dinner in the desert, which are included in the tour price. There is also an interesting location on the territory of the Salt Lake hotel, this is a paid service. Staying in this place is free of charge, provided you attend the presentation of the Domina Club.
Quite good animation, live music in the evenings.
We flew from the tour operator Fun&Sun. The tour operator's guide is completely useless, he was able to help with changing the room only on the second attempt and then replaced the awl with soap. As a result, they realized that it was useless, and decided not to waste time. Before departure, they didn't even find their names on the sign. He said that someone had taken the piece of paper. To sum up, our vacation was saved only by a wonderful company! I'm not going to this hotel anymore. I have not seen such a level of service anywhere else and I hope that I will not see it again!
If you got the tour with a very big discount, you can go to this hotel once for the sake of the warm sea and beautiful reef, but if there are other options, it is better to consider them!

Two families had a rest in this hotel from September 19 to 26, 2023. The territory of the hotel itself is like a big huge city. There are 5 hotels there, as well as shops, boutiques, pharmacies. In principle, there is no need to leave the territory at all. I'll tell you right away by the number - this is the State Department (well, if you understand the furniture and windows and doors, cabinets are all like grandma's in the country from the 90s). And don't get fooled by the gorgeous photos of the room - they were probably made 10-20 years ago. Yes, the room is clean. But everything else is just tired. When we were handed the usual ringing iron keys instead of a key card - probably then it was necessary to get excited right away. We rested for the first time in Egypt 10 years ago and even then there were key cards in hotels. And just like everywhere else around the world and in Turkey. Of the modern in the room, only a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. We had a kettle in our room. Friends don't. Twice they asked to bring a kettle at the reception -they never brought it. In the friends' room, the refrigerator did not work initially-it was replaced only for the 2nd day. Even there was a hairdryer in the bathroom, as in my mother's earlier, Biryusa defrosted the refrigerator. For the first time in my life, my daughter slept on an iron cot. Which was not comfortable and knocked on the tiled floor of the room at any rustle. And it was an adult sleeping place in a hotel that claims 5 stars. Yes, there are a maximum of 3 stars. The hotel is simply not worth its 200 thousand dollars for a 7-day vacation.
All inclusive restaurants-3. The best Coral central restaurant. The food was different on the days of the week-new every time. It's a day of European cuisine, then Russian, then Japanese. And so in a circle 7 days different. There's nothing to complain about about the food. Beef, chicken, and fish were plentiful every day in different variations. Vegan vegetables and salads are delicious. Cheese with sausage, plastic, it is not possible to eat. We managed to try crabs, shrimps, cradles, sushi and rolls, different amounts of fish and grilled chicken. There are a lot of vegetables. Fruit selection is zero-only grapefruit, apples, pears and grapes. There are a lot of pastries and delicious croissants. The service is polite. The guests of the hotel consist of 80% Italians, the rest are Russians, Kazakhs. The territory of the hotel is so huge-that we were tired of walking. We made a note that there is no need for such a frenzied territory. To go to breakfast-you need to overcome a bunch of steps for 10-15 minutes walking. Once again you will not return to the room-it is very far away. The beach is well-groomed, there were always a lot of free sunbeds. Very beautiful sea. 3 piers, 1 of which has a saltwater pool. Snorkeling is just great there. For those who do not know how or are afraid to swim, there is an entrance to the sea cut down in corals. More or less you can go in, but only in aquasocks. Only 1 All-inclusive bar is open in the evening. The bars serve Gin, tequila, rum, whiskey, vodka and beer for free. Cocktails are all of the same type. The sea view is of course gorgeous.

I have been staying at this hotel for 6 days now. I chose them based on video reviews and pictures. I expected more. I was waiting for 5 stars. As a result, with a stretch of 4 *, and then I will give for the sea, the beach and a large territory. The rooms are tired. At night I saw a black cockroach in the bathroom, 6 cm! I would have taken all the points for that alone. Cleaning was done daily, towels were always changed. But only one 0.6 l bottle of water is brought per day! That's not enough! Considering that in 2 out of 3 restaurants you can not pour anything into your container, and in bars they give only 0.2 cups. This is strange. The food was fine, but I also wanted more variety in a week. The pier on the site looks steep, but in fact it is crooked, with a mesh in the moss. A lot of Italians. Taf-tafs sometimes go empty, sometimes clogged, and you can't leave the restaurant in the evening. The sea is cool. And the hotel is very dubious. If I went for a penny, I would not be outraged, but so- the accommodation cost like a sure 5, and the service for 3.

Beautiful, large-scale, great reef. One of the disadvantages is the distance from the old town.
The hotel has its own clothing stores, necessary leisure goods, and a minimarket.
The staff is normal, almost everyone speaks Russian, there is a counter at the main reception where you can clarify any information, leave a request.

Everything is bad with shower water and room cleaning. Cleaning is done every 48 hours, the first time we forgot to leave a tip, we cleaned badly, we didn't even add paper.
Further, with $ 2, the cleaning was good, for 5 probably they would even have washed the mirrors 😅
The hotel is divided into different areas, if you can call them that, we lived in a Harem
There are several tuf-tufs running regularly on the territory, which make it easy to get to any area of the hotel.
The Internet is full bottom. It is better to buy a SIM card right away and not suffer. Wi-Fi is ONLY available at the reception.
I haven't tried alcohol, the food is normal, the assortment is quite good. Chicken, beef, Fish every day, a variety of salads, snacks, fruits, pastries.
A luxurious coral reef, spa, fitness - it all works.

An amazing hotel complex is the city. A huge selection of food, three restaurants, ten bars, two beaches, several pools and even an artificial lake. The pool is right in the sea for those who swim poorly and for children. A stunning large coral, you will see barracuda and huge tuna, sea cucumbers and stingrays, winglets and cuttlefish. A long street of shops for every taste right among the hotels. Evening live music, dancing, performances by dancers. Cozy comfortable rooms, helpful staff. There is one THING - a lot of Italians, they behave terribly, they make noise at night, they talk endlessly even underwater, they are very loud, they can go to a restaurant in a swimsuit and beach clothes, they do not know personal boundaries and that there are sleeping neighbors. Russian tourists did not behave like that. If you are patient and try not to notice them, then you will have a wonderful stay in a wonderful unique hotel. And there are also a lot of cats, they are all affectionate and look the same as Egyptian cats looked many thousands of years ago, lean, with long paws, a thin thin body and an elongated muzzle with big ears.

The hotel has a large territory, there is a place to walk. The room stock is old, but everything is sound and clean, the beach is large with a gorgeous pontoon and a good coral reef. Good animation, performances every night. The food is good, the alcohol is good.

Good day to everyone. We had a family vacation from 01.02 to 10.02. Don't believe the negative reviews!!!! It's super nice here!!! Yes, the rooms are not renovated in Euros, but it's not even bad. The food is varied and delicious. The staff is very polite and always positive. The pools are clean and always under the supervision of lifeguards. The territory is huge!!! I wish you grateful and polite vacationers, prosperity, kindness and peace!!!

We arrived the other day. The room was in the cabins near the reception. Everything is fine, except for the Mosquitoes. They are everywhere. We arrived at the hotel at 6:30. There's nowhere to drink. Rather, there is, but the bar at the reception is paid. So until the bracelets were hung up, you are a stranger there... but you were hung up at 12:00. So those who have children especially, take food and drink with them. This is not Turkey. The sea is beautiful. There are a lot of fish. The food is excellent. The animation is just super!!! Thanks guys! They are professionals in their field. We went to Naama Bay once by taxi. Everyone is bringing medicines.

The food is delicious, but monotonous. The service is for 4, the rooms are generally not bad, taking into account the cost and age of the hotel for 4+, the beach is good, the entrance is gentle. It's quite clean, they clean well, they try. Nice heated pool. A large area, very large. The contingent is mainly Italians and Ukrainians. VERY tasty pasta! It is worth going here if there is an understanding that there will be no "luxury" for not a lot of money) My family went on a very budget trip in February 2022. Two adults plus a child (one year and five), the ticket came out at a little less than 60,000 rubles.

A good hotel, but everything is Italian, sparingly. Monotonous food in the "all inclusive" zones. If you want more of this, other food, entertainment, you'll have to spend extra money.

I'll give you a solid five for the magnificent reef and the sea. They are not just beautiful here, but amazing. The reef stretches for 3-4 kilometers. The beach is clean and large, no one will walk on their heads. But sometimes small flies bite on the beach. The view of the hotel, the exterior, is also beautiful, the oriental style is impressive. There are shops on site where you can and should bargain! (By the way, you can bargain at the airport!) The furniture in the room is tired and is already waiting for an update (personally, in my room, the doors on the bedside table were crooked and creaked terribly). The rooms are a bit dirty. I talked to my compatriots on the beach, they have the same story, and the door to the balcony opens with GREAT difficulty. The most unpleasant thing is that in the evening there are MOSQUITOES, there are a lot of them, they are not like in Russia, they bite immediately in a crowd and absolutely everything begins to itch in the morning. The imported fumigator does not work from a local outlet, for some reason only those bought on the spot work (they found a similar case on the Internet on arrival home), so you can't open the balcony at night. The sockets also did not work all in the room and there were few of them. The food in the dining room is for a B minus, you won't stay hungry, but... There is no variety as such, and the quality of the products leaves much to be desired. The alcohol is strong – all diluted at once in bottles, 30 degrees, no more, and tasteless.
We were in November, we were very satisfied with the sea and the beach.
