To the sea is literally 10 minutes on foot with a slow walking pace!

Awesome houses, everything you need. A quiet place, a cool gazebo, cozy, beautiful, modern. One of the best beaches of Sukhum is nearby. We have been coming here for the second year, we will return again)

We rested in these cabins in June. Everything is even better than in the photo. There is a large refrigerator in the kitchen, a washing machine, all new dishes, hot water is even in the kitchen, the most pleasant thing is a large TV right outside, in the evening you can sit late outside. The houses are great, everything is convenient. The location is excellent, not far from the beach, but at a sufficient distance from the noisy road. Nearby there are shops, a canteen and even a small market where you can buy homemade fruits and milk. And most importantly, Sinopsky Park is a few meters away, this place is very cool and atmospheric. The hostesses are very nice girls Fatima and Tatiana, always in touch and very responsive. Tatiana even walked us out. I wish them good guests. I hope to visit them again.
