A good place for a company of six people for a country retreat in nature. Excellent beds and mattresses plus nature provides for deep and healthy sleep. Everything was clean and tidy. The dishes are good and clean. The owners prepared everything, showed it and left. A large area.

INCONSISTENCY OF THE DECLARED AND RECEIVED, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND
We rested at the Zubachi estate in July 2024. I would like to speak as honestly as possible. Yes, the estate is large, everything is there, comfortable beds, a functional kitchen, decent Internet, the territory is huge, as far away from civilization as possible, there are many new impressions for a city dweller. We had a good rest overall! BUT, there are a few things that came as an unpleasant surprise.
The estate is clearly dilapidated, in the photo everything looks much cleaner and newer, the pond is crushed and overgrown with reeds, the grates and skewers are incredibly dirty, unwashed for years, fishing rods without hooks. But the owner said that you don't need to bring your own and everything is in the manor!
We did not see the "warm welcome" service that everyone writes about and that the owner promised us during correspondence. Unfortunately, the "blue reception" service was waiting for us at the place of the bathhouse and ducks, which we counted on upon arrival - the drunken owner, who could not remember our names, constantly repeated the same thing, did not let us rest from the road, telling drunken tales, said that 1000 km was nonsense and we could not at all get tired. Unfortunately, I cannot call the hosts hospitable, we travel a lot, but this is the first time we have encountered such a disrespectful attitude towards guests. And in addition, we got the task to feed the dog every day. Maybe it's not difficult, but we don't have a dog and we didn't want to mess with dirty bowls on vacation. We believe that it is necessary to warn about the dog, people may have allergies and so on, why they cannot and do not want to engage with someone else's animal.
The promised place for swimming is not within walking distance and is not close, there is no question of any 200 m, the nearest swimming pond is 20 km away. The reservoir is overgrown and you will not see any species like in the photo, you will even have to look for a place for fishing. We also did not receive any information about where it is located, we searched for shops and other things ourselves. But an unpleasant surprise in the morning was the sauna, locked (that's a warm welcome for you!), and when asked about the remote control about the air conditioner, we received the answer that it would not work, because the remote control from us is hidden in a safe!
We cannot recommend a place to stay because of the blatant discrepancy between what was stated/promised and what we received.
