During working hours, there is nowhere to put a car in a radius of 2 blocks. In the parking lot of the business center, the one for employees of companies, after 9.00 there is a real battle for places. And if you suddenly parked there and you need to leave in the middle of the working day, then you will have to play Tetris for a long time together with the owners of parked cars.

The premises in the building are rented to small and not only legal entities.
The place itself is depressing, dark, gloomy, with semicircular corridors.
There is no transport accessibility, the Molodezhnaya metro station is 1.5 km along the ring road.
There's a JANITOR sitting right below, just like in the good old days. There is no reception, so, the counter from behind which this very janitor sometimes advises visitors.
Shabby elevators leave an aftertaste of the untidiness of the building as a whole.
