A very good hostel for your money! The guys clean the toilets and rooms several times a day every day, and regularly take out the trash. The dude at the reception explained everything without water. In the kitchen, it feels like you're in a dorm (in fact, it is lol), you can chat with your neighbors in different languages. The location is fucking convenient, buses run almost anywhere in Almaty. And there's also a shop in the same building that sells literally EVERYTHING from sandwiches to deodorant. The only negative is dirty dishes in the kitchen, but if you eat from a disposable one, this is not a problem.

A good hostel with a pleasant atmosphere. Friendly, friendly staff.
A decent contingent, for 9 days of residence I have not seen a single unpleasant person.
A fairly good location, close to the center, very close to the Central Park and not far from the 28 Panfilov Park.
Very good Wi-Fi for this type of hostel.
There are no extraneous, unpleasant odors in the hostel, it is well ventilated.
Spacious boxes with blinds, an outlet and an individual lamp.
There are no complaints about underwear and mattress, everything is in good condition.
Among the disadvantages, the kitchen area, in my opinion, requires more careful and regular maintenance and repair.
The bathrooms themselves are of a fairly good level, but they also require attention.
The men's rooms are quite tightly packed, the 4-bed is frankly cramped. There is also quite a bit of free space in the 14-seater.
And for those who love silence, there is probably a sports playground of the school outside the windows, so in the morning you will hear children's ringing voices.
In general, a good adequate level.

Helpful, excellent staff! Although there are guests from different countries, there is always silence and a cozy vibe, no one bothers anyone. There is a supermarket near the Magnum Hostel. The rooms are tight, the cupboards are very small, there is no room for hand luggage, but there is a sense of security. Generally a good hostel for its price . Thanks !

Very clean and comfortable. For the hostel 10/10. The service and communication with the girl at the reception left only the most pleasant impressions, as if communication in a 4-5 star hotel. I stayed one night, just right, I advise you!

There are no complaints about the staff.
The order is maintained.
Nearby there is a walking center and the evening life center of Almaty.
I rented a bed in a room with two bunk beds. The room has a very narrow passage - there is no way to undress without touching all the curtains.
There are no hooks or hangers for clothes.
The towel is 1 cm2 in size.
Immediately behind the door of the room there are toilets, because of which there is a characteristic smell and sound of a drain in the room.

Everything was fine with us, we came and left.We came to enjoy Almaty and its unremarkability, but what I definitely liked was this peace and quiet when you sleep. There are people, but no one can fit in, everyone on their own, there is no queue for the shower as there are none .It is very cozy and atmospheric, I was not happy that I chose this hostel. And it's very clean and quiet around, the soul is just resting, The cafe nearby is gorgeous. In general, some advantages and good impressions remained and the staff is also nice

A simple hostel, but cozy. Convenient location, about 30 minutes from the airport, close to the city center.
There are separate showers and toilets, there is also a shower room with a toilet. There was a shared kitchen, but I didn't use it. The hostel administration was very friendly. I liked everything, I'll come back again.

I liked it here, nice nice receptionists, good kitchen, 2 shower cabins. Each bed has a socket and its own lighting. Yes, it's not very comfortable to climb to the second floor) I suggest covering a bed on the 2nd tier, otherwise when someone turns on the general light at 12-1 at night, it really interferes:(
