They cut it cool and beautiful, the hairdresser is adequate, listens and does everything gradually and carefully, professionalism is visible, service is on the level, THERE IS a CARD PAYMENT AT THE CHECKOUT!!! Waiting around 2-4 minutes

The coloring was terrible!! THE SERVICE IS JUST DISGUSTING!!! They didn't like the result, refused to redo the result, and used other clients to argue with me about the result, trying to prove that it was normal!!! However, even the client noticed that the roots are lighter than the length of the hair! The service is simply disgusting! They also refused to get a haircut, which I also signed up for, since I was "taking a long time" to figure out the relationship and there should already be another client. No other master was offered! This is not a service provision!!! That's horrible
