we bought a tile for the floor, when we brought it, we found that the tiles were from different batches and completely half of the tiles were different in tone! They wrote to replace the batch, in response, the supplier began to shift the blame to the factory, next time to the warehouse... everyone is to blame except the supplier who sold the tiles. Please note that the tiles on the back side also have different stamps! The seller did not warn about this in advance either! And when making a claim, he said that this was normal. He didn't show any supporting documents! Disgusting customer service and dispute resolution!
When buying a tile, be sure to require a tile quality control certificate! So that you don't regret the purchase later!
As a result, a full refund of the entire tile!

I ordered 70 squares of tiles to a private house, they were delivered without questions by one car, the tile is whole without chips and most importantly, it is the one I ordered, there were questions only to the movers, they were 15 minutes late, but they made a discount for the inconvenience, so I was satisfied with the store!)

The most terrible salesman.
He takes an advance payment of 100%, does not fulfill obligations, "carries" the goods for months (he tried to put a parquet board for 5 months, came up with 4 versions in his defense - first they mixed up the goods, then the delay at the border (with Russia), after it turned out they were certified for another month, etc.). Another seller brought the rest to us in 3 days)).
For all the goods that they ordered, there were problems that were solved for months, from the 20th call and in a long correspondence.
If you read the reviews before the purchase, you are more lucky than us.
And we are not the only ones, judging by the book of comments and reviews on the web, who were deceived in our store.
I will provide screenshots of pen letters and receipts to everyone.

Я была удивлена, что в одном магазине можно приобрести все для ремонта квартиры или дома, включая сантехнику.
Такого выбора материалов для пола, стен, плитка, сантехника и даже двери - в одном месте, я еще нигде не встречала.
Грамотные продавцы-консультанты полностью подобрали материалы (ламинат и обои) для ремонта в комнате и прихожей. Причем, ассортимент настолько широкий, что полностью удовлетворил моим потребностям. Прямо в магазине можно приложить образцы, например, материал стен и пола и посмотреть как это будет смотреться в сочетании.
Итог: за два часа я приобрела для отделки стен и пола материалы именно того цвета, фактуры как и мечтала, причем по ценам гораздо ниже, чем в магазинах на рынке в Ждановичах.
Я просто в восторге! Всем рекомендую покупать материалы для стен, пола, плитку и сантехнику именно в этом магазине!
