The House of Officers (garrison) in Priozersk has a rich and glorious history. In the old days, the entire cultural life of the city was concentrated in this House. It could safely be called a hotbed of culture and art. The House of Officers houses a unique Museum of the history of the development of the anti-missile and air defense forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation, since 1956.
