The House of Culture, which has known better times, is now closed most of the time. It was once one of the main cultural centers of the city, where various events, concerts, and films were shown. Dancing, interest clubs.... Everything passes. However, there are no buildings with similar architecture in the city anymore.

I had to attend an event once. Surprisingly, it was warm inside, although it was frosty outside. The club is spacious and cozy. Near the bus station, railway station,cafe,shops.
