This cultural institution fully reflects its purpose. All employees of the house of culture - from the director to the cleaner, are truly cultural servants. Here, both children and adults can develop their vocal, dance, theatrical and applied talents from talented and passionate leaders. All creative teams adequately represent the district at various events of absolutely any level. All significant city and district events are held here: concerts, contests, film screenings, meetings, gatherings, etc.
The recreation center room and its equipment have long required attention: repair of the facade and interior, renovation of equipment and furniture. But despite this, the recreation center is always clean, and proper order is maintained in the old toilets. It's warm in winter and cool in summer.
