We have repeatedly ordered a bouquet in this store. Always courteous service, florists are happy to help collect a bouquet based on preferences and occasion. We also used the delivery, we were very pleased that the bouquet is delivered quickly and promptly and can be consulted by phone. They also sent us a photo of the finished bouquet, which again pleases us. I sincerely recommend it!

The flowers were delivered on February 14 at 20:00. On the third day of February 17, at 20:00, it was discovered that most of the flowers had died! The bouquet + delivery cost 400 rubles.
On my part, all the requirements for the care of flowers have been met. The organization did not want to solve this issue in any way. There was a lot of text on how to take care of flowers, but no solution to the problem. And they themselves said that they would not solve it in any way. As a bonus, they offered a 30% discount on the next purchase. I doubt that after such a situation, anyone will have the desire to buy a bouquet for 400 rubles so that it will stand for 3 days.…
